Mash Potato in Brown Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 (3 lbs)all purpose potatoes, peeled and cut up
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet McCormick instant brown sauce

Method

  • In saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil.
  • Simmer 20 minutes or until very tender; drain.
  • Mash potatoes and stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with McCormick brown sauce.
