Bahan-bahan ( 4-6 ppl )
- 250g kepingan lasagne, msk mcm instruction kat kotak
- 175g gratedmozzarella cheese
- 250ml UHT milk
- 2-3cm carrot, ptg nipis
- bawang
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 fresh parsley
- 8-10 black peppercorns
- 40g butter
- 40g tepung
- 1 bwg besar, cincang
- 2 ulas bwg putih, cincang
- 1 btg celery, cincang
- 75g carrot, cincang
- 400g dgg hncur
- 4 biji tomato, buang kulit, ptg dadu
- 1 bay leaf, secubit oregano, sedikit basil
- minyak msk
- 225ml air
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 1/2 tsp gula garam
- black n white pepper
Cara-cara
white sauce -- cmpur n masak semua bhn white sauce dlm sauce pan. kecikkan api, n simmer for a few minutes -alih sauce pan td, tutup, letak tepi sat dlm 10-15 minit. supaya susu sebati.
- then tapis, buang bhn yg xperlu n ketul2.
- -cairkan butter dlm api kecik, cmpur tepung. kacau sentiasa n msk dlm seminit. -masukkan flavoured milk.
- kacau dlm 5 minit xberenti smpai jadik rupa sauce yg lawa. ltk tepi sat.
- panaskan minyak dlm saucepan n grg bwg, bwg putih, celery, carrot, smpai soft.
- kacau minced meat td. msk smpai perang2 gitu.
- tmbh tomato n herbs, masak agi dlm 15-20 minit.
- masukkan air, tomato puree, seasoning. simmer untill jadik pekat.
- spread meat sauce td kat base bekas.
- make sure bekas tu oven frenly n cukup besar nak msk sume. then, tmbah2-3 spoon white sauce, sprinkle cheese bg cover the layer. -ssn lasagna atas cheese layer tadi.
- ulang susunan tu smpai abis. -finish up with layer meat sauce, then white sauce, then cheese. -bake lasagna tadi dlm oven, 190 degrees, 45-50 minutes.
- ataupun top layer dia nmpak golden brown/coklat keemasan. mkn masa panas.
