MILK MARBLE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 230g castor sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ovalette
  • 4 eggs
  • 270g superfine flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 60g condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk or evaporated milk(I used fresh milk)
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate paste or chocolate emulco(I used chocolate emulco)


Method

  • Sift superfine flour and baking powder. Set aside.
  • Cream butter, castor sugar and ovalette till light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Fold in the sifted ingredients. Add in condensed milk.
  • Divide the bater into 2 portions. Leave one as it is.
  • To the other portion, add in cocoa powder, fresh milk and chocolate paste/chocolate emulco.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of plain mixture onto the centre of a well-greased and floured cake tin.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of cocoa mixture on top of the plain mixture. Repeat till finished.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 - 45 minutes.

  • 250g mentega (Mama guna majerin)
  • 230g gula kastor
  • 2 sudu kecil ovalet
  • 4 biji telur
  • 270g tepung superfine
  • 1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
  • 60g susu pekat manis
  • 2 sudu besar serbuk koko
  • 2 sudu besar susu segar atau susu cair (Mama gunakan susu segar)
  • 1 sudu kecil pes coklat atau coklat emulco (I used chocolate emulco)


Kaedah penyediaan :

  • Pukul 3 bahan pertama hingga gebu dan kembang.
  • Masukkan sebiji demi sebiji telur, pukul hingga naik.
  • Masukkan bahan ayak, kacau rata.
  • Bubuh susu, gaul sebati. B
  • ahagikan 2. Masukkan serbuk koko, susu segar dan pes coklat ke dalam satu bahagian.
  • Bubuh 1/2 senduk adunan biasa ke dalam tin 22cm yang dilengser dan dialas dengan kertas kalis minyak.
  • Ratakan pula 1/2 senduk adunan berkoko. Ulangi hingga habis.
  • Goyangkan tin supaya adunan menjadi rata.
  • Bakar pada 180 C selama 40 - 45 minit atau hingga masak.
