Classic Raisin-Oatmeal Cookies.

Bahan:
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups quick or old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Cara:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C).
  • Beat butter, sugars, milk, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture; mix well.
  • Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely.
  • Makes 3 dozen.
