Ingredients
- 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1½ Cup Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (saya guna hazelnuts)
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries (saya guna cranberries)
- ½ Cup Chopped Walnuts/Hazelnuts (saya guna walnuts)
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven at 200C
- Whisk together oil, brown sugar, milk, and egg in a bowl until combined well.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add milk mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries and nuts gently.
- Divide batter among muffin cups, sprinkle topping over muffins and bake until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
