Easy make mango cheesecake (unbake)
Bahan-bahan ( 9" )
- marie biscuit 120g
- melted butter 100g
- mango 3
- cream cheese 250g
- castor sugar 60g
- 2 tbsp gelatine
- fresh milk 100ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp whippingcream
- 200ml jelly powder 1 tsp
Cara-cara
- crunch the biscuit and mix with melted butter. put in a removable cake mould and press it, chill in fridge for 30mins. cut the mango in cube
- A. blend cheese cream, sugar until smooth. Add in fresh milk
- B. mix the gelatine with some hot water and leave aside
- whip the cream until fluffy. pour in mixture A. and B. and mix it well Take the cake base out, put the cube mango and pour all the mixture and leave in the fridge for more than 3 hours. (better to leave overnite so the cake is set)
- boil the jelly powder with some water to make top base (to make it look shinning and set with decorations) (optional)
