PATIN BERLADA

Ingredients
  • 1 whole ikan patin (around 600 gm) - cleaned
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic - pounded
  • 1 big onions - sliced
  • 2 scoops of blended chillies
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil

Directions
  • 1. Mix the patin with turmeric powder and salt. Fry until golden & little bit crispy. Put aside.
  • 2. Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Fry the garlic till golden, put in the chillies (blended) stir-fry till the chillies a bit dry.
  • 3. Add in vinegar, sugar and salt. Add in the sliced onion and the patin. Mix well. Off fire.
