Ingredients
- 1 whole ikan patin (around 600 gm) - cleaned
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic - pounded
- 1 big onions - sliced
- 2 scoops of blended chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- salt to taste
- Cooking oil
Directions
- 1. Mix the patin with turmeric powder and salt. Fry until golden & little bit crispy. Put aside.
- 2. Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Fry the garlic till golden, put in the chillies (blended) stir-fry till the chillies a bit dry.
- 3. Add in vinegar, sugar and salt. Add in the sliced onion and the patin. Mix well. Off fire.
